How are you different than the other guys?
The other guys aren't art guys. They're resellers of goods, a pretty straightforward concept. On the other hand, we're an image company. Our reputation and growth is based on our primary focus: art, color and quality.
So you're some big overblown company?
Nope. We're a privately held company, couple of guys with a vision: Affordable Fine Art For Everyone! Top echelon artwork was really very expensive before we came on to the scene in 2011. Our mission remains: to use the very best materials and offer the very best price. We handle some of the most demanding artists and clients in the world. We take great pleasure in providing your home or office with beautiful custom framed wall artwork or large canvas art.
How are returns handled?
We have a 60 day return policy, an in-home trial, if you will. Nice. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return the artwork back to us.We'll even offer a Free Shipping Label, and the artwork needs to be in "like-new" condition. Hang on to the box and original packing materials until you know you're satisfied with your selection.
We will issue a refund for the purchase after we receive the piece back into our gallery and give it a quick once over.
What if CanvasElite runs a promo with a greater discounted price than what I've recently purchased?
Sorry! We know it's frustrating when you see a better deal. We've got you covered with our Promotional Price Guarantee. If you find a lower price on CanvasElite.com for the same medium (i.e. substrate), size and frame combination within 7 days of your purchase (or during a promotion that started within 7 days of your purchase), we will honor the price difference with an in-store credit.

What if I have a PO BOX or Military Address for my ship-to destination?
We need a physical address, a residence or business, please. In the case of our nation's military, we can ship to a family member or friend's address (U.S.A., obviously), and CanvasElite would like to thank you for your service to our nation!
What is the difference between canvas wall art and framed wall art on paper?
Our archival inks sink richly into the paper; as a consequence, the image gains warmth and depth. An image reproduced on canvas is more vibrant and photo-like. One is not better than the other. Another thing to consider, canvas also gives you a greater array of sizes. If size matters, you may want to create very large canvas art.
Am I ordering a giclée?
This is a widely used industry term. It's a little snobby, so we don't like to popularize it more than we have to, but "Yes." CanvasElite reproduces framed wall art and canvas artwork as giclée prints on canvas. Giclée prints are part of the modern artisan tradition of fine art reproduction. This era began in 1798 with Lithography and includes Serigraphy (silk screening), first patented in 1907. Giclée, (pronounced "zhee-clay") is French for "spraying" of ink. This process beautifully renders millions of colors.
